The Workbench.

Posters.

The idea was to create something that looked like the night felt fast, a little chaotic, a bit blurry around the edges.

I used a motion blur effect to give it that on the move feeling, like a photo taken mid-rush on the highway or train, and paired that with bold, stretched type and a warped layout to make it feel loud, a bit messy, but still intentional. The design sits somewhere between DIY rave flyer and digital distortion, just like the party.

Social Media.

One Park is a hybrid space, part hi-fi bar, part cultural hub, and I was brought on to design their weekly programme series for Instagram. The idea was to treat each week like a mini poster drop: bold, expressive layouts that echo the venue’s mix of experimental music, curated dining, and late-night energy.

I combined gritty textures, archival floral imagery from parks, and typographic layering to give the visuals a romantic but rough feel, kind of like if an art book and a punk flyer had a love child. The visual identity adapts slightly each week, but always keeps the same energy. The goal? Make people stop scrolling and come listen.

Packaging.

A freelance project for digital football cards and purpose is around collecting them for in-store incentives at Rewe.

I designed virtual Bundesliga trading cards and developed packaging concepts for them, balancing sleek modern design with the tactile charm of classic sticker packs. A design system that could scale across clubs, players, and print or digital formats.

Branding.

Float invited me to design a collab tee, and I knew it had to feature Yuki — the shop dog, the unofficial mascot, and a quiet icon of the brand. She’s been around as long as Float has, always posted up, always part of the vibe.

Felt right to honour her with something wearable, a tribute to the real ones who’ve been there since day one.

Editorial.

Lea brought me in to design the menu for her “Mouse Drop” at Club Kloof, a night full of style, sass, and energy. The brief was simple: make it fun, make it funky, and keep it true to the Club Kloof spirit. We leaned into bold colours, playful type, and a sense of movement that matched the energy of the event. A small piece of design that felt right at home in the middle of a loud, unforgettable night.

Photography.

I worked with Float on a series of product shoots, handling both photography and art direction. The goal was to capture the texture, mood, and movement of the clothes in a way that felt true to Float’s world, which is laid-back, street-smart, and rooted in Cape Town energy. I kept things simple and natural, letting the apparel speak through light, location, and attitude.
